OBJECTIVE

Mohawk Place in Buffalo, NY was hosting their third edition of Whorror, a sexy horror-themed show featuring some of Buffalo’s most gruesome drag and burlesque performers. They wanted something dark and seductive to promote their event and fill the house.

APPROACH

The poster design was inspired by classic horror films, featuring the hostess of the show with blood dripping from her mouth, overlayed with a rich crimson red and classic white typography. The design was used on social media to promote, as well as on the stage, creating a perfect backdrop for photos and videos.
